It’s ya girl, Celeste, the Founder of Big Dumb Fun Parties.

My love for party planning started at a young age. I spent my pre-internet free time poring over The Party Planner’s Checklist in a book I got as a gift.

Since those early days, I’ve been an event producer for weddings, corporate events, non-profit events, and even a real estate brokerage.

No matter what I’m planning, I believe in two key principles:

Right before the pandemic, I decided to throw a party I’d dreamt about for years: A Very Kardashian Kris-mas, complete with themed cocktails — like our take on the French 75, aptly named “Held Up in Paris” — a wig bar, and rooftop snowball fight made possible by a mobile snow cone stand.

The party was such a hit (and I had so much fun planning it) that I knew I had to help other people do the same. So Big Dumb Fun Parties was born.
